MTAC 2013 Devil’s Dozen – Karaoke Night Video

Whew. That took a lot more time to make than I originally figured. So yes, DG was able to get a little video of the karaoke event in the off-main stage on Saturday. It’s a little shaky because it was filmed on the fly, and the crowd noise and music for the karaoke is a little unbalanced, but the impromptu para-para by Ms. Sailor Saturn was pretty cool and what that one guy lacked in knowing the second verse of the Pokemon theme he made up for in spirit.

Also, I’ve added a few more pictures to Cosplay Album 2 and General Goings On. We haven’t decided whether or not to do a cosplay riff. There’s not a lot of humor in infinite Homestuck cosplay jokes, but there was Foamccilo and Foamhan. We’ll get back to you on that.

MTAC Devil’s Dozen 2013 – General Goings On!

This is the album for just any pictures that don’t necessarily fit with the cosplay. Things going on in the hallway, panelists and their audiences, things like that. I would have gotten a picture of those weirdos playing with a balloon in the hall, but I was one of them.

Unfortunately, I didn’t come in until the very end of the geisha panel

I think the only reason DG stopped bugging me about going to this panel is because he’s blocked out that I went

This is Symphonic Anime Orchestra’s rehearsal set. Unfortunately, we had to miss their main performance

“The Devil Went Down to Nashville” MTAC 2013 Starts Tomorrow!

So, as I mentioned, we’re MTAC press once again. We’ll be bringing you all cosplay pictures, videos of goings on, panels including English Dub Power, and other this’s and thats as they occur while we’re there. I’ll make posts about any really big stuff as it comes out, but there will still be the Week of Con once the convention is over. As it stands, there probably won’t be any interviews. The offer of sending me questions you’d like to ask the guest so I can ask them on your behalf are still open, so check the guest list and think hard about if you want to know how Todd Haberkorn felt about that weird melon bread boob scene in Aquarion. I’m not sure I am, but you might, so let me know in comments or an email.

I’ll still be keeping up with the normal stuff like the JoJo preview images coming out tomorrow, so don’t worry. I’m just as excited about that “special announcement” as you all are.
